The dramatic dome ceiling at the top of the staircase is custom-designed, hand-painted with gold leaf molding. The central chandelier (custom-designed as well) is a three-tiered marvel with alabaster dish, graced by hand-woven oversized tapestries overlooking a quartet of marble statues-"The Four Seasons"-that is part of the owners' extensive art collection. The collection also includes original oil paintings throughout the home, strategically located to enhance each individual room's unique personality.

Impressive additions such as his & hers libraries, a billiard room, a theater, a game room and a separate chef's kitchen give testament to Simmons' concentration and her ability to make a powerful personal connection between the owners and their home.

Creating the mood of Old Tuscany, The Simmons and Saray team designed a unique brick veneer on barrel ceiling for the spacious custom kitchen. Beautifully hand-painted mural work personifies the romance of the master suite with its carved fireplace mantel, and a pop-up television at the foot of the bed conveys the tone of "elegant sophistication."
